Student Question: What, if anything, did you gain by reading this book? Should I use it again some time with another class in the month of March? Why or Why not?I gained that doing good in school is important. Yes I should I should always use this. If I dont I could be on the verge of repeating a grade and get kicked off the basketball team. My parents would be very disapointed. This happened to the girl in my book she was doing poorly and she has to get all a's and b's and do extra credit. This would beterrible because she is always doing work.

I learned fom this book that people are mean. People will turn on you even if You think they are your friend. I learned that things can be scary but You have to fight through no matter what someone says about you. People wll talk about you behind your back and judge you even if it is something your family did.
I think the author wrote this book because they like sports. I think they just think of something and it just flows out of their mind. They maybe want to change how people think. They wrote this book to keep more kids healthy and playing sports and that anyone can play.
ItWhat this chapter reminds me of is kids finding things they love. He found football which is what he really loves. There are so many kids who don't play sports and they play one and they love it or another activity. Like this kid I know named Aaron he started playing basketball last year and it is his favorite thing. It could even be an adult who figured out they love to read or knit. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/9639243-stupid-fast
because he loves him more than books or football. My main character would bring a football because he loves football and his brother plays to. He would bring his brother because he never got to know him really. He would also bring his books with him because he loves to read. I think if he could only bring one thing it would be his brother. These things are things he loves this is why I think that.
My books setting is on a football field . The story would change if I changed the setting it wouldn't be the same person or I doubt it would be about football. It would completely change the story around It might be about another sport. The main character wouldn't have a brother who is the star player at a big college.
I think the funniest part of my book was when Greg's mom invited his friend who really isn't his friend and he was naked outside trying to play hide and go seek. I don't know if that's what he was really doing but thats what Greg's mom thought. There was alot of funny parts but that was by far the funniest and creepiest. ANother funny part is when he goes on vacation with Rowley and they get a dollar bill and put it through the crack of the board walk and every time someone walks by they pull it down but I don't think that is as funny.
I would think the main character is like a lazy guy who always plays games and eats.I say this because that is all he does play video games. His mom trys to get him to go to the pool but he wont go. He even asked for a rocking chair so he could sit in front of his tv all summer. I like to go to the pool and if I do play video games it is for like 30 minutes. I also play sports and like to get out of the house because it is boring.
What suprised in this book is that Greg was scared and Rowley were scared of a movie called the muddy hand which I thought was very stupid because It wasnt scary at all and that same night they freaked out because his little brothers toy was making noise so he slept in the bathroom. What also suprised me is that he wouldnt go to the pool all summer instead he sat at his house watching tv and playing video games in the dark. There is alot of things that suprise me about this book .
